Q. What are your delivery timescales and charges ?
Assuming that everything you have ordered is in stock then it usually takes five working days for your order to reach you. Our standard Delivery charge is £6.99 although we do offer an Express Delivery Service (72 working hours) for a extra £3.00
Q. How do I pay for my order on-line?
You can pay for your order on line with a valid debit or credit card. We accept Switch / MasterCard / Visa / Solo/ Visa Electron). We are sorry but we do not currently accept American Express.
Authorisation or your card will be taken a point of order but money will not leave your account until the goods are despatched from our warehouse.
The payment will appear on your statement.
Q. Do we offer credit facilities?
Sorry but we do not offer credit. All orders are to be paid for at point of order.
Q. Do you despatch outside UK?
No. Our deliveries cover Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel or Scilly Islands and overseas.

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your Samuel Windsor products that we offer a 30-day no quibble guarantee on every item ( worn, unworn, it matters not). So, if for any reason you are not totally happy with any item you purchase from us, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. What’s more, our return service is free of charge, details supplied with every order.

Q. If I have returned items for an exchange when can I expect my replacement parcel?
Replacements are usually processed with 14 days of the parcel being returned to us.
Q. What is the width fitting of your shoes?
Our shoes are manufactured to a G fitting. We offer a free returns service should an exchange be required.
Q. Do we offer half sizes on shoes?
Yes. A large number of styles in our range offer half sizes, details of the sizes available in each style can be found on the product counter.
Q. Do we offer discount on multiple orders?
A. Samuel Windsor products represent exceptional value for money and so regretfully we are unable to offer further discounts.
Q. What does the parcel insurance cover me for?
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost / damaged by the courier the £1.50 parcel insurance allows us to despatch the replacement parcel within 24 hours?
Q. If I return one pair of from your multi buy offers how much will I be refunded?
If you have purchased goods from one of our multi-buy options and have chosen to return part of your order you will be charged the individual price of the goods you have chosen to retain and will be refunded any remaining monies.

All of our leather shoes are made from premium cow hide.
Q. Where are Samuel Windsor products manufactured?
We have our products manufactured to exceptional standards in a number of different countries depending upon the technical ability, quality and price. Our shoes are manufactured in India as are a number of the other leading brands of Goodyear welted shoes sold in the UK. Our shirts and ties are produced in Asia where we have been able to locate the best facilities in the world for producing premium shirts.

Q. How do you measure for a Samuel Windsor Shirt?
Our shirts are measured by neck size and the chart below shows the corresponding sleeve length. To ensure that you shirt will fit simply measure one of your existing shirts as per the diagram below. By adding the two measurements together you will arrive at your sleeve length.
