Customer Complaints
Samuel Windsor will endeavour to acknowledge any complaints
within 5 working days. All complaints will be handled
within a 7 day timescale from the date of acknowledgement.
Should a complaint take any longer than this customers
will be notified.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our
catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and
put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need, to be able to satisfy
the order. We accept the following: Switch, Visa and
MasterCard.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They
are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They
are not held in clear text on any web site.
Postage & Delivery
ALL Mainland UK (including N.I.) orders incur £4.95
P&P. Express Delivery (72 working hours) P&P
is £5 extra. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver
to the Channel or Scilly Islands and overseas.
