The shoes were of poor quality, despite the supposed £100 value. My prepaid returns slip was not included so I had to pay the £4 myself (in fairness I did not wait for the company's response to my email, which offered a free royal mail delivery). The shoes are cheaply made and, I imagine...

Thanks for your feedback although the content is a little surprising as our shoes are manufactured to a G Fitting. We would have for yo to keep anything that is going to be of no use to you so please feel free to return them to us following the instructions on the reverse of your receipt.
