We did not quite get the delivery when we had expected it because of the bank-holiday, even though we were told that because of having paid extra we would receive it on a particular day. That was disappointing, otherwise the service is good

The product seems ok but I am disappointed that the slippers have suede soles and not hard leather as my other pairs have had. I was led to believe these would be the same.

they appeared to be seconds. Manufacturing faults,I have bought three or four pairs of these previously which were much better quality
