We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Samuel Windsor which is why we stand by our 30 day Free Returns Guarantee.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the goods to us worn or unworn within 30 days of receipt. This can be done at no cost to yourself using the Royal Mail Pre Paid Label or via the Free Home Collection Service. Please see below to access these two services.

Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your customer account number / sales order number.

Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse; at this point we will process an exchange or we will issue an immediate refund. We don't refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged / faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.

If your collection request is outside of our stipulated returns period, we will contact you to discuss an alternative return method.

Please note that our free returns service is not available to overseas customers.


Royal Mail Returns Service

Goods can be returned via the Royal Mail using the Pre-paid label. We ask you to obtain a Certificate of Posting which is free of charge at any post office. Should your return be lost, under our returns agreement with the Royal Mail we are only able to claim for goods up to the value of £36.00 and we will require a copy of your certificate of posting in the unlikely event that your return is lost or damaged in transit back to us. Free Home Courier Collection Service

After listening to feedback from our customers we are now able to offer our Free Home collection service online.

To arrange online collection please click here, or contact our customer service dept on 0871 911 7044 option 2. Calls cost 10p per minute and mobile charges may vary.

  • Collections can take place anytime within the following 24-72 working hours (Mon-Fri) depending on when the courier is next in your area.
  • If you require the parcel to be collected from an alternative address please tick the box and complete the Alternative Address field.
  • We fully understand that we all have busy lives so if you require a specific collection day please complete the additional notes section of the form and we will make every effort to collect on your specified day but unfortunately this service is not guaranteed.
  • Collections will take place between the hours of 7am and 7pm, if you know there is a chance you may not be at home when the collection is due to take place and you are able to leave the parcel in a secure location, please inform us in the additional collection information field.
  • Please remember to assist us where possible by offering us much information about the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take in the box provided.
