How will I know if my order has been received successfully?

At the end of your shopping experience the final page will thank you for your order. Within a couple of minutes you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please check that all of the details on this confirmation are correct.

What are your delivery timescales and charges?

Assuming that everything you have ordered is in stock then it usually takes five working days for your order to reach you. Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 although we do offer an express delivery service which starts from an extra £1.55.

How do I pay for my order on-line?

You can pay for your order on line with a valid debit or credit card. We accept Switch/Mastercard/Visa/Solo/Visa Electron. Sorry, we do not accept American Express. Authorisation of your card will be taken at point of order but money will not leave your account until the goods are despatched from our warehouse. The payment will appear on your statement.

Do we offer credit facilities?

Sorry, we are not able to offer this service. All orders are to be paid for at point of order.

Do you despatch outside UK?

Yes. Simply select your country at the shopping basket and the delivery charge will automatically update. A list of delivery charges are available on our delivery page.

What do I do if I have not received my order within the stated time?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the delivery time stated please contact us on our enquiry line 0871 911 7044 option 2 where one of our friendly operators will be happy to help you or click here to contact us. Calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.

How do I cancel or alter an order made on line?

Once your order has been confirmed, to cancel or change your order in any way you will need to call one of our enquiry line operators on 0871 911 7044 option 2, who can alter the details of your order so long as it hasn't yet been despatched. Calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.

Can I apply multiple special offers and discounts to the items in my basket?

At this time, no. We are only able to allow one special offer discount per order. For example, if we have an offer for two pairs of shoes for £xx, and you enter a code for a further discount at the basket, only the last discount will be applied.

Does Samuel Windsor have a refer-a-friend scheme?

Yes, Samuel Windsor has an online refer-a-friend scheme which gives existing customers and those who are referred the chance to receive rewards. Samuel Windsor works with a partner called Mention Me to deliver this.

How do I refer a friend?

Upon completing an order online, the option to refer-a-friend via the Mention Me programme will be available. This will contain a link with specific details around the reward on offer.

Once registered with Mention Me you can then refer-a-friend by email or they can simply insert your name at the checkout.

If your referred friend then proceeds to place an order with Samuel Windsor for the first time then you will both earn rewards.

I’ve been referred by a friend and they say I just need to enter their name to get a reward. Where do I do this?

When placing an order online you will see a voucher code box, within this is a link named ‘Been referred by a friend?. Here you can enter the name of the valid referrer and accesses the reward. If we have one or more customers of the same name you will be required to enter their email address to access your reward.

I’ve referred a friend, how do I know whether they’ve purchased anything and if I have received a reward?

When your friend successfully places an order with Samuel Windsor you will receive an email with your reward.

I have sent my friend to you but I have not received my reward?

In order for you to receive your reward your friend will need to place their first order with Samuel Windsor. Once completed you will be emailed your reward.

What is the guarantee / returns policy?

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your Samuel Windsor products that we offer a 30-day no quibble quarantee on every item (worn, unworn it matters not). So if for any reason you are not totally happy with any item you purchase from us, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will refund you in full.

Please be sure to obtain a certificate of posting and insure your returned parcel - we cannot be held liable for losses without this.

Are any products excluded from your 30-day returns guarantee?

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a return or exchange for any items of underwear unless they are returned to us and are clearly unworn.

If I have returned items for an exchange, when can I expect my replacement parcel?

Replacements are usually processed within 14 days of the parcel being returned to us.

What is the width fitting of your shoes?

Our shoes are manufactured to a G fitting.

Do we offer half sizes on shoes?

Yes. A large number of styles in our range offer half sizes, details of the sizes available in each style can be found on the product counter.

Do we offer discount on multiple orders?

Samuel Windsor products represent exceptional value for money and so regretfully we are unable to offer further discounts.

If I return one pair from your multi-buy offers how much will I be refunded?

If you have purchased goods from one of our multi-buy options and have chosen to return part of your order you will be charged the individual price of the goods you have chosen to retain and will be refunded any remaining monies.

Where are Samuel Windsor products manufactured?

We have all our products manufactured to exceptional standards in a number of different countries depending upon technical ability, quality and price. Our shoes are manufactured in India, as are a number of the leading brands of Goodyear welted shoes sold in the UK. Our shirts and ties are produced in Asia where we have been able to locate the best facilities in the world for producing premium shirts.

What type of cotton are Samuel Windsor shirts made from?

Our shirt makers use only the finest two-fold classic 100s cotton poplin. These super fine, beautiful yarns are up to 100% lighter than a standard shirt. The result is a fabulous garment with the unmistakable quality signature only found in the world's finest shirts.

How wide are your chinos at the hem?

All our casual trousers are 22.5cm wide at the hem on a 34" waist. This increases by 0.5cm on bigger sizes and reduces by 0.5cm on smaller sizes (so a 36" is 23cm wide and a 32" is 22cm).

How wide are your chinos at the knee?

All our casual trousers are 20cm wide at the knee on a 34" waist. This increases by 0.5cm on bigger sizes and reduces by 0.5cm on smaller sizes (so a 36" is 20.5cm wide and a 32" is 19.5cm).

Jacket fit

I want to order a jacket but not sure about the fit. I am usually a 40" regular but depends on where I buy from. What are your fits like?

Our jackets are a "generous fit" for comfort and ease of movement.

Trouser fit

I want to order a pair of chinos but not sure about the fit. I am usually a 36" regular but depends on where I buy from. What are your fits like?

All our casual trousers are a "generous fit". Our 36" will measure 36½" to give that little extra in the waist. Hip knee and hem are also "generous cut" to allow for comfort when seated.

Casual shirt fit

I want to order a tattersall shirt but not sure about the fit. I am usually a medium but depends on where I buy from. What are your fits like?

All our casual shirts are on the same fit. A medium for example will fit from a 38" chest to a 41" chest comfortably. The fit is on the generous side for chest, armhole, waist and length. Please look at the sizing guide to match your measurements to get the most comfortable fit.
