In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resalable condition within 30 days of receipt.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days under our satisfaction guarantee. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process.

How to Return Your Item

1. Complete the Return Form
   Use the returns form on your despatch note, indicating the reason for return using the provided codes.

2. Repack the Item

   • Please return the item in its original packaging, including the cardboard sleeve.

   • Place the shoebox inside the outer bag and include the completed returns slip.

3. Send It Back to Us

   • Use your preferred courier to return the parcel to the address shown at the bottom of your despatch note & at the bottom of this page.

   • Ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage in transit.

4. Quality Check & Refund

   • Worn items will be inspected by our Quality Control team to confirm they meet our return criteria.

   • Once received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.

Please Note:

• All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

• Returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. We're here to help.

Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue a refund within 10 working days, providing the goods are in mint condition. We don’t refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrived damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.
