Note: You must include the completed returns section from your despatch note in the parcel so we can process your return.

Quick Return Steps

1. Visit the Returns Portal
   Go to returnsportal.shop/samuel-windsor and follow the instructions.

2. Complete the Despatch Note
   Fill in the returns form on your original despatch note using the reason codes.

3. Pack Your Item
   Repack in the original packaging (including shoebox and sleeve), and place everything inside a sealed bag or parcel.

4. Send It Back
   Use the portal or your preferred courier to return the parcel to the address below.

5. Refund or Exchange
   Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 10 working days.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition

• Returns are at your expense unless faulty

• Exchanges are free

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
